Philip

Patricia
Laurel Cottage is an oasis and perfect for relaxing. A large, beautifully furnished old house with a lovely garden and conservatoryâ??everything you need is there. We were especially thrilled with the AGA stove and always looked forward to cooking on it. It was also a real joy to come back in from outside to the warm, cozy kitchen. Excellent support from Lisa. The village itself also has everything you need. The community-run village shop with a small café and the pub are both highly recommended. Itâ??s also a perfect starting point for many beautiful walks and excursions. We would return at any time.
Carolyn
Beautifully located cottage, with views to die for. Overall comfort and cleanliness not brilliant. If you like to properly self-cater as we do, the Aga takes some getting used to. Very tired all over cottage. Decor needs attention and dropping plaster addressed. Beds need replacing. We had glorious weather, which made the week, but better sleep would have been a major bonus.
Olivia
Excellent location, cosy cottage very well equipped. Lots of lovely personal touches on arrival and it was decorated for us with Christmas decorations which was really a thoughtful touch.
Andy
