The property was the best we have stayed in. Excellent facilities eg, en suite shower room, tvs in every room. Within short walking distance of Mineheads main high street and the sea front. Only a few minor issues. Took a while to get tv working until worked out some of the remotes needed new batteries. The blind in the bathroom needs fixing, as doesnt come all the way down. The info pack could do with saying when refuse bins are collected. These are only minor things, and would whole heartedly recommend this property.

Wendys cottage is absolutely fabulous. Such a beautiful place to stay. We could not fault it in anyway. Decorated and dressed so beautifully. It supplied everything you needed. Lovingly restored to a very high standard. Beds are comfortable, showers are great in every bathroom usually find they are not always. Cleaner is amazing. Garden is lovely too if you have the weather which we did for a couple of days. I could go on for ever about the house. Highly recommend a stay here.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, with easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There is space on the drive for 1 car. The house was clean, comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. There is a garden with seating which is not overlooked. We would highly recommend and would stay here again if we were in the area.

We have had many cottage holidays and we have never had complaints about any of them, but Wendys cottage was the best we have ever stayed in everything about it was perfect which also made the holiday special. And also thank you to the owners.

Wendy's cottage is a very spacious and well kept property. It's in a quiet area and is an easy walk to the high street, supermarkets and the beach. We have children aged 9 and 12 and walked to the shops and beach a few times without any problems. As far as Minehead for a location, it's well situated to visit many local attractions, which are in abundance. As a family we really enjoyed our stay at the house, and if we went that way for a holiday again, I wouldn't think twice about booking another week at Wendy's cottage.

A well maintained and spacious holiday cottage. Spacious , yet very cosy with all needs catered for and 3 bathroomshowers which were well used as we had our 2 Teenage Grandchildren with us. A pleasant walk into town and an easy 5 minute walk to a great Tandoori Restaurant.all in all it was a perfect choice!

A lovely spacious comfortable property with everything we needed. The showers were all modern and powerful. The kitchen was a delight with plenty of well equipped cupboards. The only comment I could make was the height of the grill which I could barely reach and posed a problem for me. The garden and outside seating area was wonderful and the neighbourhood very quiet.

Wendy's Cottage was a perfect place to stay for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Having a TV in every room was a bonus and especially loved by the children! The cottage was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having three shower areas was much appreciated. The cottage is well situated in a quiet road and is only a short walk to two local play areas. We look forward to staying at Wendy's Cottage again in future years.

Having stayed with the same three exuniversity friends, over many years, usually with Sykes cottages, it's always useful to compare different rented locations. This year's Wendy's Cottage in Minehead, had many excellent features, as we have come to expect. Comfort, good location, ease of access, hot water and showers, were very good. However, compared to previous locations, there were some slightly disappointing aspects. It would make such a difference if, when we arrived, there could be a small provision of a few basic essentials, oil, salt, pepper

A lovely house very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a great family holiday. The location was excellent too, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

Really enjoyable stay the cottage is well equipped for large families, very comfortable and exceptionally clean! Loved it!!

Well... .. I'm 67 year's old and have stayed in many hotel's, guesthouse's . and self catering properties through out my life . Wendy's Cottage is without a doubt one of the best , or in fact the best I've ever stayed in . I found it spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated , with everything provided for our stay. Absolutely wonderful , amazing value for money.... I can't praise it enough.... 1010 .

We had a lovely week at Wendys Cottage! Beautifully decorated with a light and airy feel and all the equipment with the exception of a slotted spoon and an outdoor parasol! that we needed. We would have perhaps liked a sheet on the beds as it was too hot for a quilt on our visit but we improvised by taking the quilt cover off and using that as the sheet! We loved the location, a perfect distance to the beach and a lovely quiet road. I will be recommending Wendys Cottage to my friends and wouldnt hesitate in coming back for another visit. Thanks for having us!

Wendys cottage is a lovely property. Very spacious and been recently refurbished top to bottom to a high standard. Plenty of space for a family to spread out and a nice garden as well. House is in a great location as well, 10 minute walk to middle of Minehead with its restaurants and shops and another couple of minutes your on the beach !. 10 minute drive the other way and your in the rugged wilderness of Exmoor with its picture postcard villages and moorland. I would very strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting a lovely property, ideally located in a lovely part of the world.
