The house is very roomy and well equipped. It is in a tiny hamlet in rural Devon and is about 30 minutes drive from both Braunton and Barnstaple, and the nearest pubs, supermarkets, shops, and the beach.

Beautiful and very spacious cottage. The photos donâ??t do the size of the cottage justice. Very well equipped kitchen, there wasnâ??t anything they didnâ??t have and a lovely size. All bedrooms were fabulous especially the super large one and beds were comfortable. Log fire was lovely to relax in front of. Great selection of games and books and the added bonus of the pool table went down great with everyone. The only thing to be mindful of is the entrance to the driveway which is narrow, I think youâ??d struggle to get a Range Rover in there. Beaches nearby, supermarket not too far but do need a car to get about. Host was really responsive to any messages and helpful with information about the area. We were a party of 4 adults, 5 older teenagers and there was plenty of space. Highly recommend. I also think you could add a hot tub with the space you have but I know the running costs are expensive.
