In the enclosed back garden there’s a small lawn as well as a patio with dining furniture – the space to gather in the sunshine or into the evening, opening up the outdoor ‘bar’ for an al fresco tipple. This space doubles as a store for beach gear which you’re welcome to borrow during your stay. The cottage is located in the large village of Dersingham, where there are shops, pubs and takeaways, as well as a range of other amenities. The royal estate at Sandringham is just 1.5 miles, with 600 acres of dog-friendly parkland to explore, as well as the gardens, house, shop and excellent places to eat. Fancy a day at the beach? The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is just 7 miles away.

Paddington Cottage Dersingham Reviews

Amanda
Log burner was amazing for a chilly October week. Bed very comfortable, great location for Sandringham & Hunstanton. Co-op just around the corner. Ample parking for 2 cars. We would love to stay again.
Simon
Paddington Cottage was lovely excellent position in the village and for exploring the surrounding area we felt really relaxed there and would definitely come back
Andrew
A great cottage close to some lovely places both to visit and eat. Very nice garden the dogs loved it .
Ruth
The cottage was perfect for our stay, clean and welcoming and a nice enclosed garden. Really close to Sandringham which was prefect for the dog walking, plus lovely beaches and lots of sightseeing to do. First holiday in Norfolk and would highly recommend Paddington Cottage as a base to explore from.
Debbie
A delightful cottage- very comfortable, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully and well resourced and good location for exploring north Norfolk beaches.
Michael
A delightful cottage in a great position for exploring north Norfolk.
Joanne
Lovely comfortable cottage and Dersingham is ideally placed to explore the whole area. The walk to Sandringham is lovely as is the walk along the old railway line.
Diane

This is a lovely cottage in a good location. Plenty of space in the garden and decent driveway, with pleasant features in the property including a log burner. Bedrooms are cosy, with small galley style kitchen. Downstairs bathroom does have bath if needed. A great 3 night stay for us and our dog. Would recommend to others for a nice Norfolk stay.
Anne
Lovely cottage and in a great location. Thank you for the treats you left.
Karen

My sister & I spent a long weekend in this cottage, cosy, comfortable & within easy reach of the North West of Norfolk. The heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome on a cool October afternoon. It was not warm enough to sit outside, but the facilities outside are very good. We would recommend to our friends.
Heather
Paddington is a lovely cottage. It has everything you and your four-legged friend could needâ?¦just aware of the typical Norfolk cottage very steep stairs! Convenient location for beaches and Sandringham, and the Featherâ??s pub which is 2 mins in the car is fantastic - good food and very dog friendly. Highly recommended.
Jane
We had a really lovely stay at Paddington Cottage. It is ideally located close to Sandringham, which has amazing dog friendly woodland walks, and the north norfolk coast with lots of dog friendly beaches. The dogs loved it, particularly the beach at Old Hunstanton which, when the tide is out is a dogâ??s paradise, with firm sand, perfect for ball games and walking on. The cottage itself was very cozy, had lots of additional equipment provided, was very warm, had comfy beds, and secure gardens. Lovely to have a log burner too. It was especially good to have a secure front garden as it meant our dogs could be cleaned and kept out of the house easily. This was useful because the front room is carpeted, but there were large mats down and so there wasnâ??t ever an issue. We would definitely return there, have already discussed future bookings, and would recommend it.

This is a beautiful, well equipped and well presented cottage. It is in a lovely location and has a wonderful garden with a fantastic shed! One problem cropped up but the owner was very responsive and helpful and provided a solution quickly. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to friends.
Val
Great cottage, perfect location, highly recommended
Louise
This is a cute cottage with a good sized garden, tastefully decorated. In a pretty village location. Good places to walk your dog. A local shop. Would recommend staying there and may return ourselves.
Nicki
We really enjoyed our stay at Paddington cottage. A beautiful clean comfortable cottage with a lovely enclosed front and back garden, great for our little dogs. Private driveway to park your car About a 5 minute walk away is a good size co-op, also a Post Office. In the other direction is a lovely garden centre with a café. There is also a pub about a 20 minute walk away which has a nice garden and does food. Very close to sandringham which is well worth a visit.
Carol
We really enjoyed our stay in Paddington Cottage & our visit to Norfolk.
Michael
A beautiful cottage in a great location. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable beds - a home from home! We absolutely loved our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. 10 out of 10 for Paddington!
