Our 2 family group had the most amazing stay at Nairn during the Easter Break. The house was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The huge kitchen area with offset lounge tv, seperate games room and 2 other lounges meant there was ample space for all. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated, spacious and with extremely comfortable beds. We were welcomed with a delicious cake, wine and essentials all enjoyed and very much appreciated. Andy and Iona were great hosts and provided us with local info on eateries etc in Braunton and the surrounding area. Great local beaches like Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay were a great hit with us all and our 2 dogs. We were totally blown away when we arrived and are planning to return. I almost forgot the hot tub lovely relaxing and enjoyed by all. Thank you both for a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We came away feeling relaxed and happy and already talking about when we can return. The house truly exceeded our expectations, it was immaculate and finished to a high standard. The house is so much more spacious than the photos suggest. It worked perfectly for our large family group giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves. There are fabulous beaches and coastal walks nearby. The hottub was enjoyed by all. We cant wait to return.

Fantastic house which perfectly suited the needs of the three generations. The house is huge. Photos don't do it justice. Very well equipped kitchendiningfamily room, where we spent most of our time. Generous bedrooms, laid out for maximum flexibility. Games room was great for the adults. Living room swallowed all 10 of us up. We even made use of the second living room, for story times. Very clean and well maintained. Fab garden which the dog and children enjoyed in equal measure. Huge hot tub. Owners were lovely. Welcome pack much appreciated. Slight wrinkle with the EV charger, but this was the only negative and we got it sorted.

A fabulous house in a convenient setting, close to town but very quiet. Lovely big garden, huge kitchen and loads of space very comfortable for one family or several. Well placed for a quick drive to the amazing beaches of North Devon.
We had a fantastic week in North Devon staying at Nairn house. On arrival the house was immaculate and we felt at home from the start with a welcome bottle of wine left by the owners. The local town has plenty of shops and places to eat and is only 1015 min walk away. The facilities in the house were excellent, with pool, table football and of course the jacuzzi was a massive plus. Overall the house was well presented with loads of space and quality throughout, we would highly recommend a stay. It was nice to get a call from Andy and Iona letting us know we could arrive early on the first day, which was welcome after a long drive. All in all a great week away and we would love to come back.

An outstanding holiday house, furnished and equipped to an excellent standard. Very spacious, lots of room to spread out. A lovely garden for the children to play in and the hot tub was a massive hit. Easy offroad parking and only a few minutes drive to the excellent Saunton Sands beach. A wonderful house in which to celebrate our Ruby Wedding anniversary and our granddaughter's second birthday.
Great property, very comfortable and well equipped. The large garden, hot tub and games room were a bonus.
Extremely comfortable house for a family group with good facilities inside and out. Particularly enjoyed the table tennis in between downpours!

Perfect, just perfect. Our second holiday to Nairn and it was just as good as the first, better in fact as we were all together this time. A big thank you to our hosts, Iona and Andy for their lovely welcome cake and goodies too and for checking that all was well during our stay. We all had a lovely time and will definitely return. Thank you.
Adrian
Lovely big house with a large kitchen area and all the kitchen ware one needs to feed 1012 people. Good base for walking coastal footpaths, swimming or surfing etc. Very helpful owner.
Joanne
Highly recommended holiday home. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden and grounds. Lots of space for large parties and all the rooms are amazing. Our 4 year old daughter especially enjoyed exploring the garden, games room and loved the huge bath! On arrival we had a delicious cake to enjoy, along with other extras, which were a lovely surprise and added to our stay. The location is great as a base with attractions not being too far a drive away. A walk into the local village is just 15 minutes and the local Thai restaurant is worth a visit. A big thank you to Iona and Andy for accommodating our requests before our journey down and for our stay at Nairn, which was hassle free and relaxing. Will definitely be looking to book again.
This house is amazing ! So comfortable and spotless clean. The kitchen is so well equiped with everything you could think of available to use. We felt very lucky to stay in such a beautiful house with such a homely feel. We will be returning.
Nairn is an absolutely fantastic holiday house. We were a party of 11, aged between 70 and 3 and it catered for us all with room to spare! All the bedrooms were spacious with ample wardrobe space and great ensuites in the doubles. The main bathroom had a huge bath which the younger children enjoyed. Downstairs the accommodation was vast, the games room was very popular with the adults, the kitchendining room living room was very well equipped and the main lounge was huge! With the separate smaller sitting room providing some welcome quiet space on occasion. Outside the garden is great for children and the odd adult game of boules but the hit of the holiday, according to the children, was the hot tub. The location is great with a 1015 minute walk to town, Staunton Sands and various other places to visit within a short drive. With plenty of off road parking this really is a perfect holiday house. The owner, Iona, was very helpful with information before we arrived and we very much appreciated the welcome pack and delicious cake.
We had a very enjoyable week at this wonderful house and it's large garden. Plenty of space for all from the youngest grandchild to the oldest grandparent. All of us 7 adults and 6 children settled comfortably into the spacious surroundings. We just chilled in the house for the first two days before venturing out to nearby beaches. We particularly enjoyed Saunton Sands beach and Putsborough beach. They had cafes and toilets and plenty of space for the kids. An enjoyable 15 min walk to the shops and takeaways in village and a large Tesco only 2 miles away. Quick and easy to stock up on food and other essentials We would definitely recommend Nairn.
Lovely property although we found the departure time a bit testing but we did our best. Nairn is a credit to its owners and any one would find it a wonderful place to holiday.
Felicity

Nairn is a lovely place for a big groupfamily holiday. The facilities, cleanliness and comfort were very good.. A lovely welcome pack awaited our arrival. The owners responded quickly and efficiently to any queries we had. We would rebook if we visited the area again.
Christopher
Lovely house, room to spread and do what you want. Thoughtful welcome package and the cake was delicious.
Nairn is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with every facility you would need . The house was exceptional on cleanliness. Very well thought out as a holiday home .
The house was wonderful and the photographs simply dont do it justice. The house was far more spacious than we could have even hoped for. All the facilities were top drawer and I wouldnt think twice about recommending the property.
Debbie
The house was incredible, the furnishings, cleanliness, everything about it was amazing especially the hot tub. The Gardner and pool cleaner came while we were there so you knew that the tub was genuinely clean. The bathrooms were stunning and the family bath was the biggest Ive ever seen. The location is lovely although we did use the car most days to travel to see sights, but coming home was amazing. The owners were really friendly and messaged me so that we could share any concerns not that we had any. I didnt want to come home as Nairn was incredible.
Fantastic property, with some upgrades since the photos were taken. The new en suite bathroom with one of the bedrooms is a real wow! Loved the personal email from the owner before and after our stay. Great hot tub. All very clean and comfortable. Great area with short walk to the town and a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. Would highly recommend.
Carrie
What a fantastic few days! The photos do not do the cottage justice even more beautiful when you get there! We loved the games room and it kept us entertained each night! The basket of goodies left in the kitchen was a very kind and appreciated gesture. We are planning on going back again every year if we can all get together.
Lovely house in a great location, prefect for large families and groups. Will hope to visit again in the future.
Excellent property. Well equipped. Extremely clean. Great location. Lovely owners who were quick to respond to emails in a friendly way.
Great place to stay with my family for christmas. Easy access to town and short drive to the beaches. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the owners. I've already recommended the listing to others!
Andrew
Provision of an outdoor electrical socket at the front of the house for electric car charging would be good. Doesn't need to be anything special, just standard 13 Amp socket.
