33 Crescent Gardens Reviews

The house was perfect. Really great location for a short walk into the centre. The house was so spacious, the kitchen diner with the added space of the lounge. The bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were perfect for 9 girls to get ready. Added bonus it comes with 3 parking spaces at the rear which is great to not to have to pay the parking charges. A real gem of a house, really good value compared to others I looked at in the area. Thank you for a great stay.
Lauren
This house was great, the photos dont do it justice. Beautiful exterior, excellent location, really well stocked. Would definitely recommend.
Very comfortable accomodation within walking distance of the centre 300m. Disappointing not a previous visitor book with comments on eating places ,pubs, places of interest.Always good to see others range of ideas. One small thing is the lighting can be a bit dingy for reading. The stairs from car parkingwhich is useful to back door is quite steep. Rubbish disposal quite complcated.
Returning guests, group of friends. Lovely house in every way. Top location, easy walking distance to everything in Bath, everything was spotless and worked as it should. The TV in the lounge needs replacing, the sound is poor, apart from that I cannot think of any negatives at all.
Great size house for large group, in good location, parking a real bonus. Good facilities overall.
Alistair
Everything we needed for a great weekend break in Bath. Location is excellent, parking an added bonus.
Stephanie
A great property for a Bath weekend, so close to the centre. Clean, comfortable, spacious, wellequipped. Would highly recommend
Vanessa
This is a fantastic property for a family get together, clean, well equipped and spacious. We particularly enjoyed having meals together around the large table. The property is well situated to enjoy all Bath has to offer. The owner needs to be aware that the light in one of the twin bedrooms is not working. Also steam from bathshower on top floor can set off fire alarm, so open window and keep door closed. We would like to recommend the addition of teapot and strainer. Thank you for our lovely stay and we highly recommend this property.
Matthew
Great stay! Home is very well equipped and very clean. Lots of space to spread out.
Perfect place to stay good location within easy reach of sights and a large supermarket. Very well equipped no problem catering for, in our case, 9 people. Comfortable, clean and warm. Useful parking. Matt the owner is easily contactable and helpful. Cant fault it just trying to find another group of friends to go there with.
Great location with off road parking as described . Easy walk in to the centre of Bath, and to The Royal Crescent and The Circus. The house was clean with enough crockery, cutlery, towels and plenty of seating for us all to eat together and sit together in the lounge too. The beds were comfortable.
The house met all of our needs so well the perfect base for 9 of us to spend a weekend. We could all comfortably eat at the same time and there was plenty of room in the lounge for us to relax together. Three bathoomsfour loos is spot on for 9 women to get ready in a reasonable time too! The only downside was the heating was on on a warm weekend and we didn't like to mess with it, but better that than it being cold in winter. Thank you for dealing with all my queries in the run up to our stay too.
The property was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could need, all of the bedrooms were very comfortable, a fantastic location just a short walk into Bath town centre all added to a wonderful family break away.
Great location for Bath city and the surrounding area. Easy walk to the station and buses. Good to have off street parking. Well equipped house.
Very comfortable house. Rented for a weekend for 4 couples. Excellently placed to explore Bath. Appreciate the three parking places at the rear of the property.
Myself and 7 young at heart ladies of a certain age 6670 were delighted with the house. Spotless bedding and comfy beds. Location was fabulous. Well equipped kitchen. We had a great weekend celebrating two of the ladies birthdays. I have already contacted the owner to thank him. This is the 34th house I have booked with you since Covid and have always been delighted. Roll on the next girlie weekend 2026 Thank you Regards Karen Lewis
Wonderful house in the perfect location. Perfect for our family group of 8 adults. A real find.
Amazing property. Great location, easy walking distance to Bath city centre. Very well equipped, clean, spacious, with comfy beds and ample bathrooms etc. Parking behind house a bonus. A perfect base for a group of friends or a large family.
Rebecca
Great house in amazing location. Great to have the parking on site. House had all facilities we needed. Loved the Christmas trees and decorations and that the heating was on when we arrived felt so homely. Would definitely stay again when in Bath.
House is excellent. Fantastic location. Less than 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bath and 3 parking spaces to leave your car in. Cleaners do a great job house was immaculate. All five stars. A great weekend was had by all. Would recommend to anyone thinking of a stay in Bath.
Mervyn
We loved staying in your house, beautifully clean and well equipped. Parking behind was a real bonus.Central for shopping and visiting Bath. A wonderful break for all,our family, thank you.
Everything we wanted . . great location for Bath, lots of space for 9 of us over 5 bedrooms, kitchen well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, comfortable large dining table with chairs, separate comfortable lounge, free parking, short walk to a park with big play area. An unreserved recommendation from us. Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes walk if you follow Google Maps.
The comms from Sykes was excellent, regarding reminders, property info etc. The property was great in location and ease of use. Excellent to have parking. We only used it to sleep in, apart from one breakfast. The crockery plates need to be replaced asap. rather old and scratched. There isn't a corner shop nearby, so a welcome pint of milk in the fridge would have been appreciated.
This house was a very good location for visiting Bath. It had everything we needed for a great stay.
This is a lovely house in a fantastic location we would highly recommend it. Bath is a gorgeous city and we really enjoyed our week there.
A great property centrally located and easy to find. Downstairs area particularly comfortable with a great kitchen. Just the bin situation at the end of our stay did not make to much sense but that was probably us !! Thanks
What a fantastic location and so close to a large supermarket. It would have been nice to have some DVDs and board games there. The only down side to the accomodation was being on a noisy road so you couldnt have the windows open at the front. Some of the blinds were stuck or not working and none of the clocks worked. The outdoor space could do with a spruce up .
Lovely spacious house for a group weekend away. Location was perfect for exploring Bath with everything only a short walk away. Sink in one of the bathrooms wouldnt drain properly, a few mouldy areas in the shower and some of the kitchen equipment could do with a bit of an update. Overall a great weekend!
Vivien
Kitchen bin lid broken. There is a snail trail and ants on the lounge carpet . The tv remotes need new batteries or need replacing as they were fairly unresponsive. Clocks not working. Top floor sink blocked and sink light bulb needs changing. Bulb in bedroom cupboard not working.
Natalie
Lovely big house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which made it perfect for our big group. Excellent location in the centre of Bath. Kitchen had everything we needed pots and panswise to cook a few meals for the ten of us. However, it would have been nice to have some basic supplies provided such as hand soap in the bathroom and some tea and coffee.
Very nice stay, thank you.
A very comfortable place for 10 people to stay. Great location being so close to The Crescent and the Circus and just a short walk into town. Kitchen was very well equipped. Supermarket only 5 mins away. The lounge was cosy and warm on a cold winters night.
Beverly
Excellent location, the house was cosy and spacious. However, some point to note the TV remote controls batteries low and did not always work. The top floor sink did not drain away, the bedside lamp did not work and probably needed a new bulb, the clock in the dining room had stopped, there was only a 2 slice toaster and 1 hairdryer for a 5 bed house. Weve stayed at several U.K. cottages for the same cost which provided hand sanitizer & a basket of basic necessities like milk, bread, biscuits, however not this cottage.
Nicholas
Spacious and everything you need!
Natalie
Lovely big house, however for the price we paid it would be nice for the property to provide coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc. We have stayed in much more hospitable properties in Bath who even provided a welcome hamper with bread, eggs etc. to keep us going. Unlikely to stay here again due to this, sadly, as other properties in Bath are cheaper and provide more.
A great house, clean, comfortable and a very central position. Great to have plenty of crockery and cooking equipment for the number of people the house could sleep and more Nice that there was washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs supplied as well as toilet rolls. Cant really fault it.
Alison
Wonderful property. Comfy beds, lovely facilities. The parking spots are a God send.
Madeleine
Excellent Holiday home
Alison
Had a fantastic weekend at this property. Beds were so soft and comfortable. Court yard secure and not overlooked. The parking was also an advantage especially as we were going to the Buble concert on the Saturday. I would certainly use it again if I was staying in Bath. Only thing that needed to improve was that the main TV was not linked up to the Internet so you couldn't watch Nexflic etc which was fine for us as we didn't need it but if kids were in the group then may have been an issue. Get this sorted and the property is 100 perfect.
Patrick
33 Crescent Gardens provides a comfortable, clean and thoroughly practical opportunity to stay in Bath and discover the sights of the city and explore further to all points of interest within 30 miles. We were a mixed age party of six and found the house a very suitable base just six minutes walk from the attractions of the city centre with the benefit of two ample parking spaces in such a central location. Do not miss the Roman Baths and the Tootbus bus tour. Outside Bath Tyntesfield, Lacock, Cheddar, Bristol and Chepstow are attractive and accessible locations. Perhaps a welcome pack about local information would be useful.
