Westlands Reviews

Oliver
We often head down to Braunton to enjoy the Tarka trailand this place caught our eye because of its prime location right on the path. Honestly, it's probably the best place we've stayed so far - so spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The house was just perfect for relaxing, even if the weather wasn't great this year. We didn't get to try the hot tub, sadly, but maybe next time! Thanks a lot.
Charlie
Really enjoyed the stay

We recently enjoyed a fantastic Christmas stay here. The house had everything we neededand the hosts were really friendly. Perfect spot close to pubs, shops, beachesand Barnstaple. Definitely a place we'd visit again, loved it! Absolutely recommend it.
Alex
We had an awesome stay here! The house was super private but close enough to explore all the local sights and go for walks. The modern furnishings made everything feel fancyand the outdoor shower was a real bonus-so handy! The upstairs landing with the telescope was our favourite spot, even on rainy days. The owners clearly thought of everything to make our visit special. Would definitely come back!
Emma Carter
We had a fantastic time here, especially with our dogs! The place was really well-equipped and felt secure enough for our German shepherd and the lab to run around freely. The location was spot onand the size was just right for us. The welcome pack was a nice touch too. Overall, great value for moneyand we'd definitely come back with the whole gang again!
James

We had such a lovely break, the weather was perfect! The hot tub and BBQ really made our stay special. The dogs had a blast exploring the dunes and splashing around in the water. We also discovered some cracking seafood spots nearby, plus a fantastic butchers and bakery in Braunton. Definitely coming back!
Mark
The place was really roomy and had a huge TV in the lounge, which was great. The kitchen was well stockedand there's a nice pub just an 8-minute walk away. Just remember to bring some coat hangers - there aren't many. The football goal wasn't there, despite the pics, but overall, we loved it!
Jamie
We stayed at Westlands again this year after a great experience last time. The place is perfect for our group of 8 plus the dog - plenty of space! The secure gates mean the kids and pups can run around outside freely and safely, which is a real bonus. The beaches are nearbyand the Tarka trail offers lovely, peaceful walks. The living room's huge TV, plus good TVs in other rooms, made relaxing easy. Bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. Outdoor furniture, BBQand hot tub made it even better. We'd definitely come back!
