Greenlawns, Burnham-On-Sea

Greenlawns is a fabulous house for a large gathering. It is very well equipped and there were plenty of resources like toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. Plenty of towels too! The garden is huge, plenty of room for games and the dog loved it too. It is very secure which has been an issue in other houses we have stayed in, as he is an escape artist!! The hot tub was enjoyed by the teenagers in our group. We loved the large open kitchen diner, a lovely social space. We would happily stay again.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Greenlawns. The house is really nice, a very good size, well maintained and very well equipped even with the little things like soap in the toilets, salt, pepper, bin bags, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs, The hot tub is maintained daily and the grounds are very spacious and secure if you have a dog. In terms of location it is on a relatively quiet, leafy road with an easy walk to the beach or Burnham centre but is also only a couple of miles from the motorway and trunk roads for trips further afield.

Lovely house and annexe set in large gardens and easy access to the beach and town. Could not fault it except for the odd cobweb. Family had a great time and felt at home.

Greenlawns is a wonderful property with fantastic spacious, sociable facilities for a large group. Its location is in striking distance of many interesting places, but equally those who prefer to stay in the local area, the beach is beautiful.

This property was exactly as described on the website . We had a mixed party ranging from 78 year olds down to 6 month newest member of family .every bedroom was full and we had an absolutely fantastic family holiday our 2 dogs loved the large garden .there was plenty to keep us occupied nearby golfers were out 3 timesshoppers more than that !! Particularly enjoyed lunches at cider farm they were excellent and staff ever so friendly.Thank you to owners of greenlawns you have a terrific property and we look forward to re booking with you very soon

A huge house and lawn with lots of space for a large family. So many features and welcome touches, such as cooling fans and TVs in all the bedrooms. The house has been renovated to a high standard and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner makes daily calls to check the hot tub and removes rubbish and recycling frequently. A fault with one of the showers was repaired very quickly. The house is in a quiet area with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local supermarkets.

Good communication from owners and a wonderful house with lots of space for a large family gathering. Thank you

Wonderful venue delightful property which was ideal for our 2 groups family & friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Greenlawns. A little disappointing to find stale sandwiches under one of the beds on arrival and sanitary towels behind the bedside table but otherwise a lovely property. Cleaners need to be more thorough!! The garden was lovely and allowed the dogs to run around and for us all as a family to play badminton, boules and croquet.

Was all we expected and read about the property it was so spacious as there were fifteen of us ranging from one to grandparents. The house was brilliant as plenty of rooms if you needed quiet space and a massive garden for football and hide and seek and running around time.The hot tub was an extra delight after days out ect to just have relax time! After a week we voted best yet

We all had a wonder weekend my grandchildren had a lovely time in the hot tub and all the garden games. house was bigger then we thought it had everything you could ask for .

Greenlawns was an excellent location for our multigenerational family Christmas gathering members from 14 to 81. The house is spacious, well equipped and furnished, and maintained to a high standard. It was beautifully warm, a major factor at Christmas! It is within easy reach of shopping facilities, and the beach but we didn't spend much time there!. The owner is very attentive and friendly.

Only thing was when we cooked a meal in the Annexe. We needed a saucepan or a pyrex jug. But we took one from the big house. So not a problem. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here earlier this month and could not have wished for a better property. It had everything you could need, we were 3 generations and it suited everyone. The garden and hot tub a big hit, the grandchildren absolutely loved the garden,they were happy to come back and play in the enormous garden, where we all joined in. The onyl slight hiccup was the bbq, it did not have different levels to cook food on but we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Excellent holiday home for a large family group. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owners were very helpful. Our boys loved the hot tub and running around playing games in the huge secure garden.

Our stay for a big family holiday at Greenlawns was fantastic and we are hoping to make this an annual trip for us all. The house and garden is absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of space for us all to feel that we werent on top of each other. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need and the house itself is finished to a very high standard, well maintained and very clean. There are a few points that we would like to feedback to you that we feel would make staying at Greenlawns even more comfortable. Bathmats being provided in the bathrooms would be extremely helpful as we all had to use one of our towels for stepping out of the baths and showers which isnt ideal. We feel that some of the bedrooms would benefit from a slightly larger bed, the bed in the downstairs room is especially small and the couple that were in there, unfortunately didnt sleep too well. We think it would also be hugely helpful if bedding was provided for when the sofa beds are in use, we had to go out and buy bedding for the children who were using the sofa bed in the annex which was obviously not budgeted for. The only other details we would like to feedback is maybe giving notice on when the gardener and window cleaner will arrive, we had to clear the lawn and couldnt be outside when the gardener turned up unexpectedly to mow the lawn he didnt seem at all pleased that there were guests in the house and he hadnt been informed of this The window cleaner also arrived unexpectedly and gave my sister in law quite a fright as she was sleeping at the time. Overall our holiday was extremely enjoyable but we do feel these points need addressing if possible.

We had a lovely stay at Greenlawns, the house was perfect for all 16 of us. The children loved playing in the garden & the hot tub was an extra bonus. We would definitely return to Greenlawns. Thank you

Lovely property, with so much space both indoor and outdoors. We didn't even use the annex but it was still so big. The kids loved the garden and we were able to walk to the beach from the property. The decor and finishing across the property was very well done

Greenlawns was the perfect place for a family celebration of an eightieth birthday barbecue and the extra facilities in the annex kitchen both cooking and dishwashing were very useful. Very spacious inside especially as the weather was not wonderful. We cooked at home every day

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely house . So we'll set up excellent facilities everything we needed was in the house .The owner was always available and on hand when we needed him .Would definitely recommend a stay in this amazing property.

Fantastic accommodation. Really comfortable and plenty of space for three generations of our family to spend time together.

We had the most wonderful time at this fabulous property ! Very well equipped and lots of space ! Very close to the beach for the children and the dog and a very well secured garden for both ! Lots of lovely surrounding places to visit! I would recommend this property for a large family holiday! My only comments are that it should be made clear that the annexe bedroom and bathroom are up stairs as I interpreted as all being on one floor from the advert as we needed two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for the two older and limited mobility members of the family so my mother had to sleep on the bed settee downstairs in the annexe and had to use the one downstairs bathroom by entering the main property. Possibly instal a stair lift ? We managed but it may not be possible for other families. And also grab rails need to be installed in the downstairs shower as that was a struggle too for the other family member who has MS and finds it difficult to stand for too long. But overall a beautiful property on a stunning road and the owners were lovely people and very helpful !

What a fabulous house it had everything we could have wanted. I couldnt have wished for a better place to celebrate my 60th birthday with all my family. The wonderful kitchen was great for our party night and my grandchildren and dog loved playing in the huge garden with the hot tub being an added bonus. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and 4 lovely bathrooms. We all had the best time and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Excellent property for a family get together highly recommended

This was a perfect venue for our family get together celebrating a 50th birthday and we had an amazing weekend there.

My family group 6 adults, 6 kids under 13 years old thoroughly enjoyed our reunion, staying in this definitely 5star property. Superbly fitted, extremely spacious, the icing on the cake for the oldies being the therapeutic peace and quiet escape of the annexe!! A luxurious property that manages to maintain a homely feel. It was perfect, despite typical English weather, and the hottub helped make our holiday at Greenlawns very special. Thank you.

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my husbands 50th Birthday. There was plenty of space for us to all dine together at the big table and relax in the large lounge in front of the fire. The garden was fully enclosed, great for the dogs and the beach was only 5 minutes walk away.

What a lovely property which allowed all 10 of us to spread out and relax after a rather hectic lead up to our stay. Everything was certainly top notch and exceeded our expectations of a 5 star residence. We intend to return for a longer stay in the very near future. Well done!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Greenlawns. We were a group of families with young children and the property was ideal for our 4night get together. There was ample space for the kids both inside and in the garden. The open plan kitchen and dining area was a fantastic socialising spot for the adults. The hot tub was an added bonus. The location is also spot on walking distance to the beach as well as into the middle of Burnham with its restaurant, pub and Grocery shop options. James and the team were always on hand to help us with any queries during our stay. I would highly recommend Greenlawns for a group stay.

Lovely house, even better than photos suggest. Excellent facilities for large group of mixed ages. Hot tub much used. Dogs loved large & totally secure garden. Lots of good walks close by so no need to use cars too much. Would definitely book again.

We had a really lovely stay st Greenlawns. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you might ever need. Our little dog had a whale of a time bounding around the huge garden, while we sat back and relaxed on the patio watching. Hot tub and bbq made for a lovely night in celebrating my mum's 90th birthday. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms with fantastic showers, very modern kitchen and lovely cosy sofas. All 12 of us loved the house. And thank you for the chocolates and fizz!
