11 Cove View Apartments, Sommers Crescent

Beautiful apartment located near the seafront. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 7. The apartment was clean and well equipped with added extras such as toys for the children to play with. As the weather was gorgeous, we spent most of our stay exploring the local towns and beaches, Woolacombe being a favourite spot. On an evening, it was lovely to sit on the decking to watch the sunset after a fun filled day.

The property was amazing with wonderful views, we have stayed a few times. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We have one complaint, and is nothing to do with the apartment. There was a family staying at one of the other apartments in the block that had two dogs. They would use the small stoned area directly outside the entrance to the apartments for their dogs to do their business. They would then leave the bags of poo until they next went out which on a few occasions was all day. We also had poo left on the stones and my children nearly stepped in it. I don't know if this can be fed back to the owners so they are aware.

Beautiful location. Apartment is a of a high standard and has all the facilities that you need including parking close by. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and very clear instructions and information to manage your stay. Property owner was always available, very responsive and managed any questions and clarifications professionally and clearly. We had a wonderful family holiday.

I cannot express how pleased we were with this accommodation! The location is fabulous, views that make you smile all the time, shops, pubs, beach all a short walk. The home is that a home with so much comfort. It is super clean and so well equipped we didnt want for anything. We had all the weather on our week but it didnt detract from our holiday. The layout was perfect for our family including my father who has mobility issues. The dogs were also welcomed and thought about. Weve done a few family cottage holidays but this has been hands down the best as everyone was catered for.

The apartment is fabulous, central to Ilfracombe, a lounge that has a panoramic view of the headland and bay. There is all the equipment that you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Fantastic!

Absolutely outstanding! What an incredible holiday home. This genuinely made our holiday perfect. The apartment is unique and stunning. The location is great, the views are amazing, the property is so well equipped, spacious and well thoughtout. And with the enclosed garden ... Wow! We all dog included had the best week here and cannot wait to return. Ilfracombe is charming, the people are so welcoming including your lovely neighbours. Thank you so much.

Absolutely loved our holiday at 11 Cove View! I think its the best place weve ever stayed in. Ethan, the host was communicative, professional and very helpful. There were clear instructions of how to enter the appartment by using the key safe. Ethan allowed us an early check in and sorted us out a 3rd parking space. The appartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The Den was such an added bonus, its a huge lounge downstairs, massive TV and very comfortable. We took a games console with us and the adults and younger people enjoyed this space. The views are stunning! Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, 2 of the bedrooms had a shared balcony, what a bonus! The lounge was breath taking. As soon as we walked in we just stood there with our mouths open wow! So comfy, incredible views. Lovely bathroom and ensuite too. We really loved this place and didnt want to go home. Very short walk to the beach, the harbour, the pub on the corner theres also a private set of steps when returning from the beach or pub save waking all the way round up the hill to the front gate. Theres a great little garden out the front too. The high street is a short walk up the hill and has a lovely Indian restaurant. We would really recommend staying at 11 Cove View there were 7 of us who stayed there with 2 dogs and we found it very spacious.

What an amazing apartment. So very spacious, perfect for a three generation family Christmas holiday! The welcome pack was so lovely. The kitchen very well equipped for catering for Christmas dinner. The best part was the den perfect for boys games machines! Ethan, the caretaker, was so helpful and approachable if we had a query. Lovely, would recommend ....... Thank you.

The apartment is comfortable, very clean and has everything you need. It is so spacious and the 'Den' downstairs was ideal for our teenage son. The two parking spaces are brilliant and stop you worrying about getting parked if you go out exploring the beautiful Devon coast. The location is perfect and views are awazing. Made our perfect holiday.

Wow what a property. Had everything and more Short stroll to everything. Bonus to have a couple of parking places directly opposite The agents were very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Would go back again

When we arrived we were absolutely delighted with the apartment, it was very clean and spacious and it was refreshing to see that the quality of furnishings and linens were of a good quality. So often you pay a fortune for a holiday home and arrive to find cheap, substandard furniture and equipment just because it is a holiday let. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook a meal from scratch and again quality shone through with everything and there was a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, squash and chocolate biscuits waiting for us which was a lovely gesture, thank you Ethan. We received communication with the owner before we arrived, throughout the holiday and after we left which I was very impressed with. All in all, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and if we return to Ilfracombe at any time, this is where we would want to stay. Five star apartment, which absolutely made our holiday.

Couldnt have asked for a better stay. The view from the living room were just amazing. Had everything you needed and more in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay! Thank you so much. we were a party of 8 away for New Year & overwhelmed with how much kitchen equipment there is. Nothing we needed & added to such a lovely stay. We entertained another family on NY day & cooking for 14 was easy. Everything was of high standard & felt brand new. The kids all loved the Den & gave the parents time to relax in the lovely living & dining area. Amazing view of the sea. All furnishings were beautiful & of high standard. Only thing that could have made it better would have been another double bed in one of the bedrooms oppose to singles but for a weekend it was fine. And maybe an 11am checkout rather than a 10am. Had such a lovely time & would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. ..spacious and well furnished for a multi generational get away. The garden and decking was a real suntrap and we never got bored of the amazing seaview. Location was ideal...close to the shops, restaurants and beach. It was everything we wanted in a seaside apartment. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
